Shipping & Delivery What shipping options do you offer? We provide simple, reliable shipping for US customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – FREE (automatic on all orders)
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative tracked option)

Free shipping kicks in at checkout – no minimum required. Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier schedules.

How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery after shipping:

  • Express: 3-6 business days
  • Standard/Free: 7-14 business days

We ship nationwide to all 50 states from our US-based warehouse.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii? Yes! We happily ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, and Hawaii via standard carriers (may take slightly longer for remote areas).

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos if needed. We’ll track it or resolve quickly (replacement or refund).

Products & Quality What are your shoe charms made of? Our charms are crafted from high-quality, non-toxic materials like soft PVC, durable resin, and secure metal backs (for clip-style). They’re designed to fit standard shoe holes (Crocs-style) perfectly and withstand daily wear. Full details on each product page.

Will the charms stay on my shoes/sandals? Yes! Our charms feature a strong, secure backing that clips in tightly and resists popping out during normal use. For extra security on edges or active wear, we recommend our reinforced styles (check product descriptions).

Are your charms compatible with Crocs, sandals, or other shoes? Absolutely – most fit standard Crocs holes, but many also work on sandals, flip-flops, clogs, and other footwear with compatible slots. Confirm fit on the product page.

Can I clean the charms? Yes – wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking to keep colors vibrant.

Returns & Refunds What’s your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unopened charms in original packaging and condition. Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong one.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email support@hunting-excellence.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We’ll send instructions and a return label if approved.

Orders & Payment What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more via secure Shopify Payments.

Is checkout secure? 100% – Shopify uses top-tier SSL encryption. We never store your full payment details.
